CHAIR EXERCISE
These classes are designed for retired active people, to improve your everyday fitness, to include joint mobility, balance and flexion.
Also meeting like-minded people that wish to keep their independence.
These classes will usually take place in your local community hall, library or daycentre.


PERSONAL TRAINING
In our 1-on-1 personal training classes, we work individually with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
The training is personalized, meaning it's tailored to the your fitness level, goals, limitations, and preferences.
We specialize in training mature adults (typically age 40 and above), improving quality of life and independence. We design programs that respect the physical needs and pace, ensuring safety, confidence, and long-term wellness.
