ACUPUNCTURE
(Traditional Chinese Medecine)

Some methods we use are:

Acupuncture

Insertion of fine needles into specific points along meridians to regulate Qi.

Cupping

Suction therapy to improve circulation and relieve muscle tension.

Moxibustion

Burning mugwort near the skin to warm and invigorate Qi.

Tui Na

A form of therapeutic massage.

We aim to diagnose, treat immediately and depending on the severity,  make a rehabilitation plan using sports therapy.

SPORTS THERAPY

We evaluate the nature and severity of injuries, Identify imbalances or movement dysfunctions.

We use functional tests to assess performance impact.

This includes the use of Ultrasound, Faradic machine, Massage and Rehabilitation.

CHAIR EXERCISE

These classes are designed for retired active people, to improve your everyday fitness, to include joint mobility, balance and flexion.

 

Also meeting like-minded people that wish to keep their independence.

These classes will usually take place in your local community hall, library or daycentre.

In our 1-on-1 personal training classes, we work individually with you to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

 

The training is personalized, meaning it's tailored to the your fitness level, goals, limitations, and preferences.

 

We specialize in training mature adults (typically age 40 and above), improving quality of life and independence. We design programs that respect the physical needs and pace, ensuring safety, confidence, and long-term wellness.
